BAGRECHA HOUSE

Lower Parel, Mumbai

"Bringing Sophistication and Harmonious Aesthetics to your Home with Saima Salam Design's Muted Color Palette Featuring Wood Panels and Metallic Tones"

A four BHK apartment in the heart of Lower Parel in Mumbai sports a stunning 1000 sq. ft. deck circling its expanse. Accompanying stunning views of the Arabian Sea and Mahalaxmi racecourse, the location on the 46th-floor grants just enough picturesque views for the three generations of Bagrecha’s to wake up to every day!The entrance graciously greets visitors with a mirror-finished wall matching the flooring pattern, a charming chandelier and a pastel green sofa chair. The living area is cosy and imbued in shades of beige. An upholstered feature wall behind an off-white, three-seater sofa is the belle of the ball.

The triple hued rug brings the other two seating arrangements—a pair of coffee-coloured chairs and a leather and timber chair in sync with the sofa. In tune with the marble top centre table in the living area, a white round marble dining table top juxtaposed with a black and copper lighting fixture set the mood of the snug dining area. The kitchen follows the sleek style of the living and dining area. The junior master bedroom, however, employs subdued shades of timber and an embossed metallic tile panel backdrop behind the bed. The brise soliel covering the full-walled windows imparts an austere yet grand aura to the room.

A bright yellow chair introduces excitement into the setting. The guest bedroom displays richer shades of timber as wardrobe shutters and accents next to the bed. A textured wallpaper, emphasised by a guided mirror-finished feature, backs the bed. Pastel green side-tables give the room a slightly edgy vibe.Heavy drapes and simple wallpaper mark the master bedroom.

A red, velvet bed set with a pair of pendant lights on either side render it the most simple space in the house. Intricately carved doors conceal the doors to the bathroom.Lastly, the kid’s room has a pastel green and white colour palette. A single bed in one corner and louvred wardrobe shutters conform to a playfultheme. Like all the other rooms in the house, even the bathrooms are not afraid of glamour. While one employs copper, black and dark grey mosaic tiles to formulate a design, another is dominated by black marble.
